If you want to improve the effectiveness of your software development teams, we can help. We'll help you assess where you are, develop and work a plan of transition to effectively adopting and customizing these approaches to your environment.

We'll bring the right people at the right times, whether you need help changing your business processes, your development practices, or just taking things you are already doing to the next level. There are few challenges our team has not faced in applying these approaches. We'll bring our experience to bear on the problems you are facing. This could result in a variety of ways of engaging with our team:

• Coaching. We'll monitor your progress on how well you are executing, make suggestions, and even get in your face if you need it. There are very few things in life you can't do better with an experienced coach.
• Mentoring. Certainly, we offer workshops to introduce you to the processes and can offer coaches to observe the process and make bold suggestions. But some things are easier said than done... especially when you've never seen it before. We'll bring people in to help you through the practices by example and hands-on training.
• Co-Development. Perhaps the best way to do anything with both short and long-term goals is to put together people of varied skill levels and have them work together as a team, transferring skills as they work together. We'll provide the experienced Agile/XP developers to the team, working with your developers of varying skill sets. You can ensure your success on your first project and, when you don't need us anymore because the key skills we're providing have been transferred, we'll leave. You'll miss us, because to know us is to love us. But, you'll be able to fly solo.
